Benjamin Y. Sherman is an associate attorney at PDKST, focusing on civil litigation. A former student-athlete at Truman State University, Ben excelled in swimming and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, complemented by a minor in Business Administration. He earned cum laude honors from Michigan State University College of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Natural Resource Law Review.

While Ben’s primary practice is civil litigation, he also supports his colleagues in municipal and family law matters. In his free time, Ben likes staying active and enjoys various water-related activities, including swimming, wakeboarding, and exploring the outdoors through hiking. He especially likes playing and winning board games with friends and family.

As a new resident of Midland, Ben has embraced the community by getting involved with Midland Young Professionals and is a recent graduate of Leadership Midland. He enjoys exploring local parks and trails with his dog, Leda. A former Boy Scout and distinguished Eagle Scout, Ben is passionate about community service. Currently, he is active in Michigan Masters Swimming and coaches youth swimming for the Midland Dolphin Swim Team.
