Jeff Dyer is a founding member of PDKST and its predecessor, Cline Close Dyer PLC. A longtime resident of the Bullock Creek area, Jeff graduated from Alma College and the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. Jeff specializes in real estate and business law. Jeff routinely works with clients in all areas of business, including but not limited to formation, purchases, stock transfers, government interactions and succession planning.
